How long does it take to get my JSIPTV services after payment?

Usually it takes up to 72 hours after the inital email asking for if it's a "new or renewal" to process after payment is confirmed.

How will I get my information?

We will send you an email to the email you used to purchase our services. It will provide you the server URL, username and password.

Can I get a custom bundle?

Yes, you can. Please contact us for what you would want in the bundle.

What is an "EPG"?

EPG stands for Electronic Programming Guide. It fills up the guide to show what is playing.

My EPG shows "No Information". Why?

Sometimes the provider doesn't provide the EPG or the update on the EPG failed.

How fast should my internet be?

Ideally we recommend having at least 500mbps internet speeds.

What IPTV Player do you provide?

The IPTV app we provide is called Smarters Pro. It is recommended to get Tivimate premium which is a paid app. You can purchase premium directly on TIVIMATE'S website!

Is JSIPTV services IP-Locked?

No. You can use your services any where you would like!

What happens if I use more connections than I purchased?

Your account will get banned and no refund will be provided.

What Android Box do you recommend?

We highly recommend the Amazon Fire Cube, Firestick 4K Max, Google TV. Basically any device that let's you sideload Android APK files (Android Apps).

What apps can I use on my devices?

You can use multiple apps and web services

1) For a iPad we recommend Tivimax (it's a paid app)

2) For a smartphone (iPhone or Android) we recommend Smarters

3) For a PC you can use the Smarters Web Player

Can I record my shows throughout the day?

Theoretically you can, BUT you will need to have no buffering as it can stop the recording. Also you will need an OTG Cable (for Amazon Devices) with a USB Drive no bigger than 128gb formatted to FAT32.

What if my services are buffering?

Their are a few maintenance steps you can take.

1) Restart the device by unplugging it from power for at least 2 minutes.

2) Unplug your modem/router from the power for at least 2 minutes.

3) Check if your ISP is throttling you or blocking services.

4) If it is being blocked by the ISP you might have to use a VPN to bypass the block.
